These guidelines are just that: Guidelines. Nothing is absolute. I look at the whole picture and do no focus on one area. These guidelines are general for the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Some Property management companies may have other guidelines they use or additional ones.

These are what Alliance Properties AZ uses. Please feel free to discuss these with me and tell me what to expect when I look at your credit and background. Upfront information is key, and I don't like surprises.

Requirements Are as Follows

  • 1 Credit score of 620 or better for each adult on lease.
  • 2 Income of at least three times monthly rent. (may combine income with all applicants)
  • 3 2-year employment history to be verifiable (school included)
  • 4 Include a copy of state ID (driver's license, ID, etc.)
  • 5 Most current 30 days' paystubs

Making Our House Your Home!

Thank you for your interest in one of our Rental Properties.

  • Fill out one Application for Occupancy for each applicant 18 years of age or older
  • Send completed application to Alliance Properties AZ Leasing Office
  • In the drop-down below select the number of adult applicants
  • Click "Pay Now" to pay the Lease Application Fee
  • You will be taken to a page where you Choose a way to pay
  • Log in to your PayPal account or
  • Pay with a debit or credit card or choose Bill Me Later
  • We will also need:
  • Copy of each adults Drivers License or State ID (a picture from your smartphone is easiest)
  • Copy of each adult last two pay stubs
